2. User Conduct: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use.

3. Intellectual Property: The content, features, and functionality of the Platform are and will remain the exclusive property of CyberDefenders.org and its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior consent.

4. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.

5. Modifications to Service: CyberDefenders.org reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

6. Limitations of Liability: CyberDefenders.org will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Restricted Countries: At the moment, CyberDefenders.org does not offer its services to individuals or entities in Russia, Iran, and China.

8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform.
